SnapCoat
Create your SnapCoat account first so your integrations have a place to connect.
Use this link to sign up for SnapCoat and receive a 30 day free trial.
After signup, complete the core company setup inside SnapCoat.
Then connect Quo, Helcim, Stripe, Slack, and CompanyCam from settings as needed.
Quo
Set up Quo so SnapCoat can power SMS, calling, message history, and communication workflows.
Use the SnapCoat partner link to get 10% off your first 3 months.

After your account is created, connect your Quo API key inside SnapCoat settings.
Helcim
Use Helcim for card and bank-account payments with customer-paid credit card processing fees.
Customers can pay by bank account with no credit card fee.
When customers pay by credit card, the customer pays the 3.5% processing fee.
Your business pays no processing fees when Helcim is configured this way.
We recommend Helcim as the primary payment processor for most painting businesses using SnapCoat.
Stripe
Connect Stripe from SnapCoat payment settings if you already use Stripe or want a backup processor.
Stripe can be signed up for directly inside SnapCoat payment settings.
Stripe is useful as a backup if another processor has an outage or account issue.
Because of legal compliance, the business pays Stripe credit card processing fees instead of passing them to the customer.
We recommend having both Helcim and Stripe available so you can switch processors in SnapCoat at any time.
Slack
Create a free Slack workspace to receive proposal, sales, and CRM notifications from SnapCoat.
Use Slack if you want real-time team notifications from SnapCoat.
After creating the workspace, connect Slack from SnapCoat settings.
You can configure proposal, sales, and update notifications for your team.
CompanyCam
Use CompanyCam for jobsite photos and attach them to proposals and projects in SnapCoat.
SnapCoat includes its own internal image storage.
CompanyCam is recommended for a more reliable dedicated jobsite photo workflow.
SnapCoat integrates with CompanyCam so project photos can be used inside proposals.
